General details on this mob:
Full orb hero
Only spawns at night
Has an Ice and Wind resistance buff on him (my 400 damage wind spells did roughly 20 damage to him)
Hits for 600-700 damage, but has a high attack speed
Uses different abilities every 25% HP

ABILITIES:

Power Attack: Casts a short range frontal AoE spell which does physical ~2000 damage. Does this randomly throughout the whole encounter
Fear: lasts approx. 3 seconds, casts at the end of each phase
Sleep of Death: 1 Minute AoE sleep (can't pot out of it), casts at the end of each phase

PHASE 1: 100% -> 75%

Casts Power Attack frequently

PHASE 2: 75% -> 50%

Casts fear and Sleep of Death randomly

PHASE 3: 50% -> 25%

Gust: ~1.5k Point blank AoE damage, ranged classes can out-range this by running away
Spirit Gale: ~1.5k damage, targets the person second on threat and hits people in a cone area around them

PHASE 4: 25% -> 0%

I would recommend having melee pulling out on this phase, since they can be instant K.O'd by a stream of consecutive face-rape nukes while the healers are knocked down
Stops casting 'Gust'
'Spirit Drop' - AoE damage and knockdown
Continues casting Spirit Gale
Strike with Darkness - 2-2.5k AoE damage and puts 'cursed' debuff on you
